I’ve been an avid follower of Woodstock Music & Art Fair forever and I wish I had been born during that time as both David and I would have attended the event. Although neither of us was born then. All we can do is acquire items that have something to do with Woodstock on it. Or talks about it and I have to be nice and share these items with David.
I would like to share a Press Release with you about Woodstock-themed journals, as I was sent several of the journals in exchange for a review. Which let me tell you I was so excited once they arrived that I wanted to share the journals with everyone I know. Although I kept it to myself, and I put them in my Christmas Gift Closet to give to David and Charlie for Christmas. Unless I decide to keep them for myself.
Woodstock is more than a legendary music festival. It represents simple living, caring for the environment, and loving one another. As Woodstock organizer Michael Lang plans for a possible 50th-anniversary concert in 2019, these humanitarian ideals—brought together through excellent music—continue into the present day with Woodstock’s humanitarian ethos: “Woodstock is more than a moment in time. It is a way of being in the world.”
As the 1970’s spirit lives on, so does Woodstock’s sense of style. In Fox Chapel Publishing’s new Woodstock-themed journals, lovers, dreamers, artists, and angels are invited to pen their thoughts and dreams in a gorgeous variety of lined, unlined, and dot journals. The ten journals feature photographs and illustrations from the greatest festival of all time.
“It’s an exciting time to be releasing our Woodstock journals,” Vice President of Content Christopher Reggio says. “With the 50th anniversary on the horizon, we’re reminded once again of the festival’s message of love and peace.

I loved the size of this journal and the color of the cover. as I love pink and the yellow it has with it pops. The journal is just the right size to slide into my purse and to take it with me at all times. Now, I hadn’t heard of a Dot Journal before, so it was nice knowing inside it is instructions on how it works.
Charlie was with me when I was writing up the reviews and he asked me if he could use this journal in his classroom and I wanted to share it with him. Although if I had David would have seen it and I wouldn’t be able to keep them hidden until Christmas. So I just pretended I didn’t hear him. Then I went and put all the journals up.
Although if the truth was none I wanted to keep each one out and to use them all. I don’t want to give them as Gifts. Can’t I just share the links with everyone I know and keep them for myself? Now, I know sharing is caring but sometimes we need to pamper ourselves and at the moment this is what I want to do.
