This is a review for Wicked Uncle Mini Hornit which I received in exchange for this review.
Now, that Charlie is a Teenager its hard to get him outside to ride bikes or his Scooter. Not only that Charlie thinks horns and bells aren’t cool. Or his friends will make fun of him. Which wasn’t the case when Charlie say the Mini Hornit sitting on my desk.
My niece and Lily went back to school I planned on giving Jason the Mini Hornit as a back to school gift for his bike. Although, as soon as I took it out of the box and played some of the sounds Charlie walked up to see what I was doing. I showed Charlie Mini Hornet.
Charlie said mom look this works on Scooters. I said yes, it does and kept working. The next thing I knew was Charlie had brought his Scooter inside from the back porch and was installing The Mini Hornet on the handlebars. I asked Charlie what he was doing and he said I need this when I walk the dogs so people know I’m coming.
Charlie said and I need my Scooter for Homeschool PE as it allows me to get Exercise and get outside of the game. When I go play Basketball at Granny’s I can take my Scooter and show my friends my horn and they may want one as well.
David came downstairs and Charlie and David went through all the sounds. As they did David told Charlie he needed this for the cart he uses at the Airport so people would know he was coming. Charlie told him to visit the website and purchase his own because he wasn’t sharing.
I liked that there were no tools needed to put this on Charlie’s Scooter and that he can change it out and use it on his Bike. Charlie also reminded me he could put it on his Basketball Goal and when anyone made a goal let it play sounds so everyone would know a goal was made.
Charlie shared Mini Hornit with my mother n law who plans on purchasing one for each of the kids Scooters so she always knows were they are at all times. Like Charlie she liked knowing it comes in red which is her favorite color. I liked the shape and color of the buttons and how easy they are to work.
Charlie and I walk at night. Charlie has the Mini Hornit which has white and green lights with flashing and constant settings. Charlie will be able to ride his Scooter instead of walking with me. If something happens Charlie can even stop the light and keep things lite up around Charlie if he falls or needs to make a phone call at night or even needs help.
Once I get my bike out of storage I want to purchase the Mini Hornit for myself as well. When or if we purchase a bike for David I want to get one for him as well. Because these aren’t just for children they can keep adults safe as well. Now that we have to keep our bikes outside on the back porch it will not hurt the Mini Hornit which is waterproof.
Charlie and I loved all the different sounds including the Motorbike which was David’s favorite sound. Charlie likes the Lion which is his favorite animal. I liked the Magic Carpet which allowed me to escape for a while. My sister Debbie was over later that day and she liked they horses sound.
There is 3 different volume levels which is good because if its quit we can turn it on low. But when there is a lot of noise around Charlie can turn it on loud and even I would be able to hear the sound no, matter where I am or what I’m doing.
About: The Mini Hornit is the ultimate lights and sound effects accessory for children’s bikes and scooters! Loaded with 25 fun sounds including a fire engine, motorbike, laser, magic carpet, and police siren to name a few – it’s guaranteed to make riding and scooting even more fun!
Thank you,
