I would like to invite you to join me in 7 Day Gratitude Challenge. In fact, we’ll officially begin December 27, 2020. I thought of stating in January but with Christmas behind us I thought we could stop and regroup and doing a Gratitude challenge can prepare us for what is in store next year.
Each day I will write a post with a tip or a strategy designed to help you on your journey towards embracing gratitude and remembering to count your blessings.
We’re not talking airy-fairy stuff here. These are hands-on, actionable tips and strategies you can use every day to improve your outlook by feeling more grateful for what you have.
Until then, I’d like to invite you to leave me a comment and where we’ll talk more about the challenge. I would like to ask you to share your own experiences, what you struggle with in the afternoons, and what you would like to accomplish over the course of the coming week.
