I would like to share a self-help book with you for ladies going through Menopause. Weight Loss For Menopause by Yara Green
I will be 60 before we know it and yes, I’ve gone through Menopause or at least I would like to think I have. Then like the other day I was bleeding not enough for pads but enough to make getting dressed uncomfortably. No, matter what I do I can’t lose the weight I want to lose. I’ve tried all kinds of diets and diet supplements and walking up to a hour a day and still nothing.
I don’t know if its because of Menopause or something else but with a New Year around the corner I’m tied of carrying around 150 extra pounds I don’t need or want. Which is why I’m going to use Weight Loss Plan For Menopause which gives me a 7-DAY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN. Which will help me lose weight and burn Belly Fat or at least this is what I’m believing and if this plan works for me I will be sharing it with my sister Deborah and my best friend Debbie who are also struggling with losing weight.
As I was looking through the book I camp upon the Mediterranean Diet my sister would like because you eat Fish and Fruits which is no, bueno for me. How about you? I did enjoy some of the recipes you can use with this diet. Then I check out what is a Low-Carb Diet including Atkins, Paleo and Keto which I had thought of checking out in the past and I may try Keto this year as my friend lost a lot of weight from it.
There is also a Vegan and Vegetarian Diet which I wouldn’t do but I did find a few recipes I wouldn’t mind trying out that would be healthier than what I usually eat. How about a Dash Diet for Menopause? Which is to help with Hypertension or High Blood Pressure which I suffer from and is the diet I most want to check out.
I love that there is additional recipes and exercise for us to do which I did find some I can add to my walking.
