Charlie and I were going to be able to work with Baketivity at Christmas. Only the Gifts I was waiting for to arrive never did. Now, I am not sure what happened to them.
Although with Valentines here I knew I wanted to make a dessert with Charlie he could share with his teachers. Although time got away from me. I wasn’t able to get to the store to purchase the items we needed.
Then this morning I remembered Baketivity and that they would have the mixes we needed as well as the utensils for children. Charlie can use in the kitchen. As soon as I mentioned Baketivity to my sister and I mentioned to Debbie what I was getting Charlie.
Debbie asked me to send her Baketivity website because she wanted to look at the baking kits and see if she could find kits my niece Lily and my nephew Jason would like.
Lily is 3 and Jason is going to be 5 at the end of the month. Debbie has decided to teach them to bake with her. I love this because it allows them to spend time together doing things my sister loves.
I sat down this weekend and went through the website. I have decided I want to order Emoji Cookies Baking Kit. I know Charlie and all of his friends would love being able to get an Emoji Cookie.
Even though I am an adult I would like to purchase Cinnamon Buns Baking Kit. I will make Cinnamon Buns Baking Kit when Charlie is out of school. We will invite my sister over for Breakfast. Charlie, David and I love Cinnamon Buns.
I want Charlie to be independent in the kitchen and to have his own utensils to use when cooking and to always know where they are. So, he doesn’t have to depend on me to find items he can use.
Through Baketivity Charlie will be able to purchase cooking utensils for Charlie. Or I can put together a Wish List and people can get these items for Charlie for his Birthday.
