Welcome to our series sharing Unique Holidays: Today is National Pizza Day. Thank GOD David has to go to work because that stops him from taking us to lunch to have Pizza. Although that wouldn’t stop David and Charlie from ordering Pizza which is why I’m not going to tell them it’s National Pizza Day and I would like to ask if you wouldn’t say anything to them about today.
National Pizza Day– always held on February 9th.
This is an absolutely great day, because its National Pizza Day. The vast majority of people, in America and around the world, love Pizza. People eat Pizza on a regular basis. Pizza is very versatile, with a huge assortment of toppings you can put on Pizza, including Meats, Vegetables or Fruits. With all this variety, there is a Pizza for everybody.
Pizza is eaten for breakfast lunch, dinner and as a late-night snack. Pizza is a very popular dish for parties or events.
Here is interesting trivia on the ever popular Pizza:

- Over 3 billion Pizzas are sold in the U.S. each year.

It is very easy to enjoy National Pizza Day just have Pizza for at least one meal today. To enjoy this Holiday to the fullest, make homemade Pizza.

Toothache Day, one can only ask…. Why!?
There’s a lot of bizarre Holidays and many celebrate funny or strange events. We wonder why someone would want to celebrate a Toothache!?
