I must tell you I am late in sharing the Unique Holidays this morning as it should have been shared the first week of November. But being National Writing Month Charlie can still sign up and use this in his Reading Class and create a story of his own. Would you like to join Charlie?
National Writing Month
I have a question for you. How long do you think it takes to write a novel? A year? Five years? For some, 30 days is just enough. That would be the least, if you’re participating in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). Participants sign up online.
The challenge? Is to write the first draft of a novel that’s at least 50,000 words. You start on November 1th and end on November 30th. It’s that simple. After that, you’re free to work on revisions for as long as you want. Put that story on the page!
- Give writing a shot this November. If you’ve always had a love for words, and a good story to tell, take the challenge. We want to read your work.
- Try Motivational Quotes and encourage them to keep writing and provide snacks for their all-nighters.
- Read published NaNoWriMo Novels which is the greatest gift you can give to a new writer.
