Unique Holidays August 2022: Week 2 National Smile Week

Holidays

Welcome to our series featuring Unique Holidays August 2022: Week 2 National Smile Week. I don’t know about you but I think National Smile Week should be every day of they year. Because a smile can make not only yourself feel better but the people around you.

National Smile Week:

#smilemonth

There is so much hardship and pain in the world that can be difficult for many people to even think about smiling. That is exactly when they should put in the effort to smile. Just one smile to a person who needs a smile can lift their day and put them in a better mood. It’s for that reason that we recommend everyone taking the time to celebrate National Smile Day on May 31st every year. Smiles can forge empathy between people and can cause the person doing the smiling to feel better. All good reasons for everyone to celebrate this holiday and spread a little bit of joy.

The History Of National Smile Day

National Smile Day was created by Compassionate Dental Care as a way for people to not only think about the health of their own smiles but to encourage them to share their smiles with other people.
