I would like to ask you to take a look at the Holidays being celebrated today and ask you to tell me which Holiday you most want to celebrate and why. Ex Spouse Day

Ex-Spouse Day is in recognition of your Ex. Someone must have been kidding when they created this holiday, right? Could anyone actually want to recognize their Ex? Many want to forget our ex’s. Hard as it may be to believe, Ex Spouse Day has arrived. We will remind you that we do not create the holidays, we share them. Don’t shoot the messenger.

All too often, relationships don’t work out. About 50% of marriages in the U.S. end in divorce. Life provides us with many ex-girlfriends, and ex-boyfriends. There are many ex-wives and ex-husbands. Most likely, we would prefer to forget our ex’s.

With a little stretch of the imagination and an open eye, you may find a few “Ex’s” out there who actually have good traits. There are even examples where people get along better with their Ex after the relationship is over.

If you value your Ex in any way, give him or her whatever appreciation you feel is appropriate today. If you cannot find any redeeming trait, no one will fault you for skipping today’s Holiday.

History and Origin of “Ex-Spouse Day”:

This holiday event appears to have begun around 2016.

International Moment of Laughter Day is a Holiday that will put a big smile on your face. The objective of this Holiday is to get people to laugh, and to laugh more often. “Laughter is the best medicine”.

Moment of Laughter Day is also known as National Moment of Laughter Day, and plain old Moment of Laughter Day. We don’t care whether you celebrate today as a local, National, or International Holiday. What’s important is that you bring about laughter to those you come in contact with today.

To celebrate this Holiday, tell jokes or do funny things that cause people to laugh. A smile is not a good enough reaction. Successful participation in this holiday results in whole-hearted laughter.

History and Origin of “Moment of Laughter Day”:

Humorologist Izzy Gesell created Moment of Laughter Day to encourage people to laugh and it sure would be nice to meet the creator of this holiday in person, so we could share a laugh together.

We found varying dates for this celebration, all in the month of April and among them, April 14th is the day designated by the creator as International Moment of Laughter Day.
