Hello, welcome to the Ultimate Blog Challenge January 1st, 2020 Day #1 . I would like to invite you to join us and if you don’t have time this time this event will be held two more times this year.
We were supposed to write one post a day for the Ultimate Blog Challenge for January but the first was New Years day and we had company over. I didn’t get online so I could spend the day with our company.
If this is your first UBC, congratulations! We hope this will be a great experience for you. What a great way to start the new year! Before you ask me no, this isn’t my first time I have entered.
Perhaps you are a veteran and a returning UBC-er… Great! Welcome Back! It is good to see you here as you continue with your blogging challenges. Before you ask me no, more times than not I didn’t finish the challenge but that doesn’t mean it keeps me from trying.
Regardless if you are a new participant or a returning participant, each time around is a fresh start! We would love if you can work your way through and get in all 31 blogs posts this month. If you can’t get them all in, there is no need to quit part way through! Simply try to catch up and do the best you can! Which is what happens to me more times than I would like to count.
I like knowing each day we will be getting an email with a blogging idea and/or tips to make blogging a little better. Your welcome to follow along with there suggestions or select your own topic! It is completely up to you.
For Day 1 in the challenge you can share with your readers that you are involved with the Ultimate Blog Challenge and let them know what it is about. Let them know that you will be blogging each day during 1 and why you have taken on the Ultimate Blogging Challenge!
Did you know that when you tell people what you are going to do, the chances of accomplishing it are dramatically increased because of the accountability that occurs? It is true! Don’t keep this a secret and watch as your readers start cheering you on!
Don’t forget to share your Day 1 post first on your own website, and then head over to the Facebook group at and share the URL of your post with the group.
If you are tweeting, use the #blogboost to let folks know you are part of the community!
If you have any questions, leave me a comment and I will answer them as quickly as possible.
Here is the answer to today’s question I join the challenge to see old friends and to make new friends as well as to take the training they offer us and to learn from others. I also, invite the new bloggers I am working with to join us.
Be Well and Happy Blogging!
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
