Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 26

Welcome to Day 26! How are you this morning? I am fine but that is subject to change as it is still early here. Charlie has a math test this morning and has to be at school at 7:30. Please Pray he passes this test as he struggles with math and is scared to death he will not pass it.

So as I woke up this morning I wanted to share the prompts for today’s blog post for the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Can you believe we are on Day 26? The first month of the new year is almost gone.

Day 26: A Day in the Life

With all the reality TV that is on these days, it is clear that people like to get caught up in the daily tasks of what other people do. The ratings for these shows are phenomenal! Honestly, for me, there are some reality shows that I cannot last more than 3 minutes watching! But the fact is, people like to be voyeuristic and see what others are doing.

Now, this is not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to emulating your mentors or your coaches. You want to watch them and find out what they do. As Tony Robbins says, “Success leaves clues.” Find them, and do what they do. In some sense, the readers of your blog look up to you and want to know what you are doing.

For today’s blog post, write about a day in the life of… YOU!

Do you have a routine that you follow? Are you completely spontaneous? Do you handle work one way and your personal life another way? What kind of meetings do you have?

Believe me when I say that people would love to know what you do and how you do it!

Don’t forget to share your Day 26 post first on your own website, and then head over to the Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/UltimateBlogChallenge and share the URL of your post with the group.

A Day In The Life of Glenda from The Mommies Reviews can change at the drop of a hat depending on both Charlie and David’s schedule. As David only has one day off now so I always have to have everything done before he is off as on that day we have errands to run.

So if David goes in at 3 am which might become his normal schedule:

Anytime between 4 am and 7 am I wake up

6:30 Get  Charlie into shower

7:00 Last minute homework for Charlie

7:45 I walk Charlie to school

8:00 I make my Shake

Work out on the Treadmill for 30 minutes

8:30 until 9 am I work

9 am until 11 am I go through emails, watch TV and clean the house

11 am until 3 pm I work on the blog

3 pm David gets home and we run errands

5:30 I pick  Charlie up from School

6 We make dinner

6:30 We eat

7 to 8 We do Homework

8 Charlie in the bath and he plays his game till 9

I check emails for any jobs that have came in

9 pm till 11 I watch TV or work on the Blog.

12 I go to sleep

Now if it is David’s late day and he doesn’t go in until 12

I may not be able to start work until he leaves for work as we might have errands to run. Or we might be going to lunch with Charlie.

So now, I would like to ask you to come and share with me what your normal day looks like.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
