Here we are again a day late and a dollar short… What more can I say. Nothing. I knew what I needed to do and I didn’t follow through. No, it isn’t because we were on Vacation its because I was lazy and didn’t do anything.
Well I do better I can’t say I will or will not but what I can say is things need to change now. I need to keep doing what I need to do and stop letting my site slide because this is my job and I need to treat it like a job.
In this morning’s prompt we was asked to share our story of what has happened over the past 20 months and how we’ve made it to where we are today.
For our family like millions of others we struggled. David was unemployed for a bit. It took forever to get Unemployment started and Food Stamps but we did.
Then the Airport opened up and David was called back to work. Thank the Lord. But each day I PRAYED David wouldn’t get sick and bring Covid home with him.
Although, my best friend ended up in the Hospital and had Covid she did strive Thank the Lord. Then more and more people in our friends and family ended up with Covid.
Even Charlie’s best friend Time whose Uncle passed away just a couple weeks ago from Covid. I thank the LORD Charlie and Time didn’t catch Covid from his Uncle.
Although, twice this year I’ve been very sick and without Insurance I couldn’t be tested but I have a inkling I had Covid and I just thank the Lord that if it is what is was I survived and so did Charlie who also ended up sick.
As for school and wearing mask full time Charlie is still Homeschooling and all the Schools in Texas was shut down. Both of my nieces didn’t even get to have there Kindergarten Graduation and Jason didn’t either last year.
Now, its time for the kids to return to school and I know my niece Payton will be attending school but as for my niece Lily and Jason there parents are talking about Homeschooling them which would never have happened before Covid.
All I can do is PRAY that things get better as I still see people struggling and businesses closing and people getting sick. I Pray Covid didn’t affect you and if it did that things are better now.
