Welcome to April. It’s time for the Ultimate Blog Challenge. As you can see from the title of this post the [UBC] Day 2 Ultimate Blog Challenge April 2nd, 2022. If you haven’t heard of the UBC or don’t remember what it is a Blog Challenges where we are asked to post one blog post a day during April.
It’s Aprils Fools Day and this is no joke I’ve joined the (UBC) Day 1
If you haven’t joined yet there is still time and don’t worry about having anything to post each day. Once you sign up, we are sent a subject we can use each day or post anything we feel like. Before you ask what, I do I do a little bit of both.
I’ve struggled to keep up during the challenge in the past and with us moving this month I can’t say I won’t fall behind again but like the little train who thinks he can I think I can. I’m going to try and if I get behind, I will work hard to catch up.
This morning’s prompt asked us to
- Let your readers know why and what you’ll be blogging about this month
- Did you set a theme word at the start of the year? Share it with your readers!
- When to Jump – you’ve jumped in a big challenge, share how you decide when to go for a challenge.
- Do a blogging purpose post – why do you blog and what does it mean to you?
- The first quarter of the year just ended – share what you accomplished.
- It’s is April Fool’s day – a day of silliness and pranks! Did someone pull a prank on you? Or, did you pull a prank on you? Share it,
- Re-introduce yourself.
I read through the prompts, I thought I would take the time to let you know why I’ve decided to take part in the challenge.
- To re-connect with old friends and see what they have been up to.
- To make new friends and find new blogs to follow.
- To find out about classes and training I can join that will help me become a better blogger.
- Sharing one blog post a day will help hold me accountable and keep me blogging because they say if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit which will help me remain blogging once the challenge is over.
- To keep me from dwelling what is happening in my personal life and to help me from falling back into the depression I’ve been fighing.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
