I wanted to remind you ‘TIL MIDNIGHT AT THE NASHER is happening this week. I would like to invite you to join them for live music, film, and free admission at ’til Midnight at the Nasher on Friday, March 21. I’ve said time and time again I want to come out one day.

With David being off this week it would have been the perfect time but one of my really good friends is getting married tomorrow in Denton. Were supposed to go to her reception with David being off money is tight so we may be sticking close to home.

What: ’til Midnight at the Nasher

When: Friday, March 21, 2025, from 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.

Where: Nasher Sculpture Center, 2001 Flora Street, Dallas TX 75201

Details: Enjoy the garden late into the night on Friday, March 21 for ’til Midnight, the Nasher’s FREE seasonal concert and movie series. Wolfgang Puck Catering offers bar service, food for purchase, and grab & go snacks the night of the event. Concerts will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Currently on view is the special exhibition Haegue Yang: Lost Lands and Sunken Fields. Outside food, beverage, and furniture are not allowed. ’til Midnight takes place rain or shine.

MUSIC LINE-UP:

6:30 p.m. / Marc Bridges Collective

JeMarcus Bridges, a Grammy Award-winning producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer from Houston, Texas, brings his innovative fusion of jazz, soul, and contemporary sounds to the Nasher Sculpture Center.

7:30 p.m. / Mama Duke

Mama Duke, a two-time Austin Hip-Hop Award winner and two-time Austin Music Award nominee, is a trailblazer in the music industry.

8:30 p.m. / Sly5thave

Sly5thAve is the project of multi-instrumentalist, producer, arranger, and composer Sylvester Uzoma Onyejiaka II, whose sophisticated compositions are shaped by his faith in hip hop, and deep understanding of soul, R&B and jazz.

FILM:

9:30 p.m. / Toy Story (1995) Rating: G 

Computer-animated tale centering on the rivalry between two children’s toys: Woody, a cowboy doll who’s the leader and the brains of the group, and a cocky spaceman named Buzz Lightyear. But the two learn to band together when they’re faced with the bratty kid from next door, who just loves to make mincemeat out of toys.
