For those that know me you know I will not read books about Christmas or books set in December till after Thanksgiving. But after reading information on THROUGH THE SNOW GLOBE which goes on sale next week. I knew this was a book I needed to read now. So many of the things felt like things I’ve faced in my life.
From the death of Suzzane on Thanksgiving weekend to a car accident and wishing I could have just one more day with her which will never happen for me. But the main character was given a Snow Globe from her finance and was able to relive the day of his bike accident. I must tell you I wish I had got to know him and was able to visit his toy store.
Through the book we were able to get to know Diana Merriman and incidents that shaped her life. The people she loved and what would have happened in different circumstances. I wish I had that opportunity with my daughter. Through the book I was able to learn more about myself as well as the characters in the book.
If you know someone dealing with the loss of someone, they love you should share THROUGH THE SNOW GLOBE with everyone you know. Through The Snow Globe should be on everyone’s must have reading list and would be perfect as a book club book. I can’t wait to let my sister Deborah and my best friend Debbie know about this wonderful book. I hope and PRAY you take the time to check it out as well.
