I would like to let you know about a new event happening at AT&T Performing Arts Center. They are presenting the Vets of SNL. I would like to let you know tickets go on sale FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1 AT 10 A.M.

I haven’t mentioned the Vets of SNL to David even though I know he would like to attend. Because my Birthday is the 4th of November and if I get any money then I would like to purchase tickets for David and I.

Dallas – The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for Vets of SNL with Jon Lovitz, Chris Kattan, Tim Meadows and Finesse Mitchell with special guest Jeff Richards will go on sale Friday, November 1 at 10 a.m.

Comedic legends from “Saturday Night Live” will have you laughing and reminiscing during this special one night only stand-up comedy event at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the Winspear Opera House in the downtown Dallas Arts District.

Center Members get access to the best available seats. Call Membership Services at 214-978-2888 or go to www.attpac.org/support to join. Center Membership presale begins today, October 28 at 10 a.m.

Ticket prices for Vets of SNL range from $29.50 to $75.50 and can be purchased, at The Box Office which is open 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and before performances – closed Saturdays and Sundays. For groups of 10 or more please call 214-978-2879 or visit

Jon Lovitz has appeared in more than 30 movies including Rat Race, Little Nicky, The Wedding Singer, Big, A League of Their Own, The Stepford Wives, and The Producers. He voiced film critic Jay Sherman in the beloved animated show The Critic and has guest starred on numerous television shows, including Friends, Seinfeld and Two and a Half Men

During Chris Kattan’s eight years on SNL he became best known for his characters Mango, Mr. Peepers and one of the Butabi Brothers opposite Will Ferrell. Kattan went on to star on screen in Corky Romano and played the villain in the Malcolm D. Lee film Undercover Brother.

Tim Meadows, one of the longest-running SNL cast members, can be seen in the films Mean Girls, The Benchwarmers, and alongside his former SNL co-star Adam Sandler in the comedy hit Grown Ups. He can also be seen on the hit television shows The Office, Reba, Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Colbert Report.

Finesse Mitchell, a cast member of SNL from 2003-2006 has appeared in HBO’s Brothers In Atlanta, Showtime’s comedy series Roadies, and Disney’s A.N.T. Farm. He has also had numerous appearances on NBC’s Today Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Arsenio Hall Show, B.E.T Comic View, Tyra, and many more.

Jeff Richards has the distinction of being the first person ever to be a cast member on both Saturday Night Live and its rival sketch show, MADtv.

ABOUT AT&T PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

The AT&T Performing Arts Center is a nonprofit foundation that operates and programs a 10-acre campus comprised of three premier performance venues and a park in downtown Dallas. Opening in October 2009, the Center has helped complete the 30-year vision of the Dallas Arts District.

  • Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, designed by Foster + Partners of London, is a stunning 2,200-seat venue wrapped in red glass with outstanding acoustic performance halls.
  • Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre is a 575-seat theatre with one of the most versatile stages in the world and a distinctive aluminum exterior. It was designed by REX/OMA, Joshua Prince-Ramus (partner in charge) and Rem Koolhaas.
  • Annette Strauss Square, designed by Foster + Partners, is an open-air entertainment venue with lawn and patio seating for 2,000 surrounded by the downtown skyline. 
  • Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park is an urban park with native plants and grasses, landscaped lawns, performance spaces, a reflecting pool. Sammons Park was designed by Michel Desvigne and includes the Information Center designed by Foster + Partners.

The Center’s mission is to provide a public gathering place that strengthens community and fosters creativity through the presentation of performing arts and arts education programs.
