I’ve been trying to lose weight . I know the foods I eat aren’t healthy. They can hinder my weight loss. I let David know I wanted to try different foods when were out at restaurants.
I thought why should I only try different foods at restaurants when we could pick up cookbooks and make new meals at home. Cooking as a family. Spending quality time together with no, distractions or electronics.
Charlie can even help cook for Homeschooling which would be a Extra Curricular class as well as Math and Reading and Art if he takes pictures of our meals.
This week we will be picking a meal out of The Everything Mediterranean Instant Pot® Cookbook. Inside this cookbook is 300 Recipes for Healthy Mediterranean Meals―Made in Minutes.
The Everything Mediterranean Instant Pot® Cookbook will also allow me to try out our Instant Pot we haven’t used that I bought a couple years ago and just purchased a second one that is sitting in its box.
