I would like to share The Cold Pod XL – Portable Ice Bath my family received in exchange for this review.
The Cold Pod XL – Portable Ice Bath reminds me of a Hot Tub as you set it up and climb inside the Pod which can be used with or without Ice depending on how cold it is where you live. There is no, set time to be inside the Pod. I have the X-Large size and I am 4’9 and weigh 250 pounds and I fit inside The Cold Pod perfectly. David is over 6 feet tall and he has a Beer gut and could fit in this size comfortably as well.
Charlie is also 6 feet tall but skinny as a bean pole and fit in comfortably and was able to move around. Charlie is only 16 but he plays a lot of Sports and hurts afterwards so he has been using The Cold Pod at night before bed and he sleeps a lot better. Charlie and David were surprised to find out The Cold Pod was designed in the UK which if we had still been #Homeschooling full time we would have added to our studies on Countries.

The Cold Pod also reduces inflammation which I have in my knee and also my feet at times and I can’t wait to see if it helps with swelling. If it does then I plan on getting The Cold Pod for my best friend who has Fibromyalgia.
