Welcome to a new review for what I like to refer to as a self-help book for adults I received called The Choice Is Yours A Simple Approach to Live And Lead With more Joy, Ease and Purpose by Stef Ziev in exchange for this review.
Here lately I seem to be falling back into the depression I fight so hard to avoid. My head has been hurting more and my eyes have been bothering me. I don’t want to clean the house and work and Charlie’s homeschool is suffering. Which isn’t fair to Charlie even though he and David are part of this. If I would get my head out of my behind and get off the couch and take my life back we would all be happier but I didn’t see that happening.
Then the Lord had The Choice Is Yours A Simple Approach to Live And Lead With more Joy, Ease and Purpose fall off my desk. I picked it up and found myself reading the cover over and over. Then I turned the book over to read the description of the storyline to myself and shaking my head as I knew I needed to share The Choice Is Yours A Simple Approach to Live And Lead With more Joy, Ease and Purpose with David and Charlie.
I realized some of my decision making and thought process was on autopilot leading me to patterns that we don’t recognize but there are easy things we can do to deviate from the status quo. In a fun and smart way, the Author Ziev draws our attention to those patterns in our life and shows us ways to make changes and be in control.
The message from The Choice Is Yours A Simple Approach to Live And Lead With more Joy, Ease and Purpose was so clear, and the Author provided great examples, and ways to implement the problems that seem realistic. I really liked finding out about the interactive pages throughout the book which Charlie and I can use in his Homeschool Home Econimics Class.!
