Homeschooling children takes a village because there is may be Subject you may know nothing about which for me is Science. On top of that getting children to do the work is harder than pulling teeth. Especially when it comes to Charlie and reading a book each day. Which is why I was excited to receive a copy of The Ancient Ones (Odom’s Library) by C.B. Strrul in exchange for this review. I sat down to read The Ancient Ones a Science Fiction book that will allow my to use the information from the book to teach Charlie Science, Music and Reading all in one class. Before you ask yes, Charlie has finished school but that doesn’t mean we should stop learning or reading every day should it?
I would like to thank the LORD because now, I can breathe. Once I finished reading the book Charlie dived into the story and he began to share what was happening in the story with David and the story captured his attention and now David is reading the book on his own. David let me know when he finishes the book he plans on giving the book to his brother Mike who also loves to read.
. If you have a teenager in your home I hope you share The Ancient Ones with them as well as any high school teachers you may know. Also don’t forget to share the story with any music lovers you might know because music is what brought them together .Suspense and drama is what you will find in this novel you will not want to put down when you begin reading the story.
