My family is excited to share a children’s book called The Adventures of Arthur the Dog by Cindy Callaghan that I received a copy of in exchange for this review. Inside this post is my affiliate links. If you click on the links and make a purchase I will make a small percentage off the items you purchase.
Charlie wanted me to let you know the cover of the book is amazing with the light blue background and a beautiful Dg which we think is a Golden Retriever but don’t quote us on that. Arthur has a crown on his head. I couldn’t see my dogs wearing a crown. Do you have a dog? Would they wear a crown?
Arthur had no, home and no family and he lived on the streets of Santo Domingo. When he lived on the streets he was scared, hungry and didn’t even have a name. In the United States was a man name Michael Light who lived with his family. He was training for a race which included biking, running and kayaking.
One day dogs was after Arthur for a scrap of food but his life was going to change. Michael comes to town for the 29 mile race. Hi family remained at home and followed the race online. Arthur see’s a lot of people after being hurt by the dogs. Michael feeds and pets Arthur. Then Micael leaves the dog behind.
They get to the next part of the race and low and behold Arthur shows up. Arthur followed them but he was limping. I want to tell you what happens next but instead you need to purchase a copy of the book for yourselves and if reading isn’t your cup of tea then you should go see the movie which came out on March 15th. If your not sure you want to see the movie there is a QR Code on the book to watch the trailer of the movie.
