I had every intention to begin my weight loss journey this Summer when Charlie was home. I could walk everyday and Charlie could play in the park. If I needed someone Charlie would be there.

I must admit I’ve been lazy and neglected walking. I know this is why I’m slipping back into the depression I suffer from. Its time to do something because school will be starting soon and I will still be sitting in front of this computer.

I will not have accomplished anything other than gaining more weight which isn’t healthy. I’ve decided I am going to research more into Keto Dieting.
