That’s Coola, Tallulah!

This is a review for That’s Coola, Tallulah! which I was sent a copy of in exchange for this review.

That's Coola, Tallulah!

I sat down to read That’s Coola, Tallulah! and as I did I kept hearing myself say I could see Charlie and his friends doing this or that. Being able to see a book in my life makes me relate to it more.

Once I finished reading That’s Coola, Tallulah! I sat down and read the story to David. He couldn’t wait to share the book with his mother in law so she could pick up a copy for our nieces for Easter.

Having a space in the front of the book to write who the book belongs to allowed me to leave a message for Charlie. As well as they date he was given the book.

I love how in the book it shows them doing wrong but that they work hard to fix the problem. Charlie liked seeing the two separated but in the end they were able to play and even had there mom play with them. Teaching sharing and caring. As well as why we shouldn’t bother things that don’t belong to us and why climbing isn’t good.

I love the Author dedicated the book to her mom who like my mom is in Heaven, Charlie and I are also excited as she has a second book The Perfect Princess Party coming out soon.

Hope you’re doing well! I would like for you to meet Cheryl Chase, who is most recognized as the voice of Angelica Pickles on the hit show Rugrats. Giving kids a new adventure with her first children’s book That’s Coola, Tallulah! (out March 30, 2021).

Inspired by Angelica Pickles’ friendship with her lively doll Cynthia, this book helps unleash a child’s imagination and unbreakable bond between their favorite lovey.

Young Stella Bella and her lively doll, Tallulah, have a magical friendship that bonds them together at the heart, even though Tallulah is always causing mischief.

Stella Bella is always up for Tallulah’s adventures, but during their shenanigans, the small voice in her head leads her to do the right thing. This reminds me of Charlie and his friend Bradley.

One day, while Stella Bella and Tallulah are having teatime, Mommy’s cookie jar gets broken. When Mommy finds out and separates them, Tallulah realizes she’s gotten her best friend in trouble, and worries she and Stella Bella will no longer be able to have play time.

Will Tallulah be able to get her best friend back, or will she be stuck on the toy shelf for good? If this was Charlie it’s easier to let him play with Bradley even if they get into trouble than her him whining I have nothing to do.

“Children’s picture books are a work of art from the imaginative text to the enchanting illustrations,” says Chase. “That’s Coola, Tallulah! allows kids to unleash the magical adventures in their imagination, and there’s no telling what they can do within the walls of a playroom.”

MEET THE AUTHOR

Cheryl Chase

Cheryl was born in a small, modest town Manville, New Jersey. Her loving parents were Emil and Stella Hudock. Emil was a handsome, lively trombone player in a popular swing orchestra while Stella was a beautiful, young, junior model that appeared in the very first issue of SEVENTEEN Magazine. They were very supportive of their only child’s hopes and dreams

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
