I love that their products are also keto-friendly, no soy, no nuts, no gluten, and no additives which means: no lactic acid, glycerin, no starch, no processed oils, no canola/vegetable oil, no preservatives. Every item has the nutrition facts on the website like the image on the left as well.
So many great things to share about this product and I was able to eat it without an upset stomach!!

If you are a Sunflower seed fan for the true flavors, this is your jam!! Every spread is packed with the great Sunflower Seed flavor as if you put a handful in the bite. Good thing is you also know what to expect from every other flavor because they are true to their label.
If you enjoy Salmon, expect Salmon flavor to the finest flavoring. Love natural strawberry flavor, not the artificial sugary slime, but chopped and blended strawberries?? HERE YOU GO!! These flavors are just on point and definitely did not disappoint! Here’s what I tried:

- Smoked Sunflower Cheese Spread
- Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese
- Strawberry Cream Cheese – MY FAVORITE
- Cheddar Cheese Spread
- The Goat Cheese Spread

Some of my favorite recipes are the Maple Chipotle Jackfruit Nachos and the Pumpkin Cheesecake but they have other great recipes in many categories.
