Come up with an off-the-wall recipe idea including pork rinds that is suitable for the hippest BBQ food trucks in the South, and we’ll do the rest!

“Street Meet Recipe Contest” is a tasty contest where Houston’s Bernie’s Burger Bus is taking submitter creative pork rind recipes and making one a weekly feature of their restaurants and food truck. As each one is weighed, measured and voted on, we’ll find a grand champion who will reign supreme and take home a trip to the Texas Craft Brewers Festival!
