As a mom, Education has always been important to me and this weekend proves it as I am hosting a Community Wide Craft Fair and Auction to raise school supplies for underprivileged children. I was on Staples website, I saw this contest called Make There Roar Happen!! I would like to invite you to join me in creating a Video and sharing our experiences from when we were in school.
Once the video is done you can share the video with your friends and family so they can see what you were like as a student. Or you can have your children create a video showing how they make “Make There Roar Happen!!

In the video I create I will be sharing Mr. Reed, my biology teacher as he was just crazy. Mr. Reed would have us dissect frogs and take them home for his family for dinner. Yuck, yuck, yuck!!! Would you do that???

Beginning on June 25, fans will have a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles to meet Katy Perry and attend her concert on Sept. 19 at the Staples Center by entering this new contest hosted by Staples.
Everyone is invited to create videos ‘Roaring’ about their educational goals, inspirational teachers, or how education has positively affected their lives.
To enter, upload your ‘Roar’ video on their website.
Entries must submit before 11:59 PM ET on Sept. 3,
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Participants are encouraged to share their videos on their social channels using the hashtag #MakeRoarHappen.
Entry details:
Create a 30-second video roaring about your favorite teacher, your education goals, or how education has positively impacted your life.
Your video should be 30 seconds or less.
Your video must be no larger than 100 MB and in one of the following formats: .mpeg, .mpg4, .avi, .mov, .flv or .wmv.
Fill out all required fields of the registration form and upload your video.
Entry period ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/3/14.
