Charlie has agreed to join me this year in getting up and moving around more. When we are outside I have told Charlie we will not be on the phone. Because I wanted to become more conscious in what I am doing. Allowing Charlie and I to actually talk about the things happening in our lives. I know if the past we haven’t been spending quality time as a family and its affecting our relationship and also our attitude toward each other.
I was cleaning out my phone I found this picture of Charlie opening his GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard. I must tell you once the package was opened there was no stopping Charlie. I was afraid Charlie would have trouble learning to ride although it didn’t take Charlie long at all.
During the Holiday’s I talked to Charlie about spending more time outside. Once Charlie and I finished talking I sat down and talked to David. On Monday David came home and asked me if I needed to go walk. I told David I did and we went and picked Charlie up from school. Then we grabbed the Football and Soccer Ball and headed to the track.
The only problem with this plan was we were supposed to spend more time together as a family. When I was inside grabbing a light jacket David asked one of Charlie’s friends to go with us. Usually that would be fine but Charlie and I wanted this new event to be just for our family.
I’m going to try again and get Charlie from school early so we can head to the park. I have packed bag with snacks and the football. I wish my bike was working and that Charlie had one so we could ride them around the park. Although at this time neither of us have a bike we can ride.
I thought I would grab one of Charlie’s scooters instead I decided I would charge Charlie’s GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard. Instead I will bring GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard with me. Because its been a while since I have tried to ride the GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard and being inside the park is a safe place to practice. Or I can walk while Charlie rides GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard around the park.
I just hope there isn’t a lot of children asking to ride GoTrax Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard because even though it’s nice to share this is a event for our family to spend together while working out and getting healthier in the New Year. Even though I sound like I am being stingy I don’t get to spend that much one on one time with my family and this year I want to change that.
