Charlie, David and I love being able to try new Food Trucks out because they carry foods we haven’t had the opportunity to try before. Which is why we were excited to find out South of the Line would be setting up in front of the Ridglea Room last weekend when we saw Curtis Needs A Ride.
I must tell you we learned our lesson last week. If we want to purchase dinner from South of the Line we will see if we can call a order in. Because the wait for our food was insane which is nice because it means there doing Chicken right.
Although South of the Line was worth the wait and as we waited we were able to talk to the customers in line and everyone felt Hot Chicken was worth waiting for.
As for my family once David and Charlie had a chance to try the Hot Chicken I thought I was going to have to go back and get in line to order a couple more orders because they couldn’t stop talking about the Flavor of the chicken and how it melted in there mouth.
I was brave tried a bite of the Chicken but it was to hot for me. I didn’t try and eat the Hot Chicken which lived up to its name because I can’t have Spicy Foods. I didn’t want to end up sick and have to leave Curtis Needs A Ride before the show was over.
Although the next time we have the opportunity to try South of the Line I want to try there Queso Mac and Cheese. As I was talking to Charlie he let me know he would like to try this out as well.
I was a little sad to find out South of the Line didn’t have any upcoming events until next month. If you would like to try the Hot Chicken from South of the Line I would like to let you know you can find South of the Line on Facebook and ask them where there latest events are.
Or you might ask South of the Line to Cater Events your hosting. If I had the money that is what I would do because I know all of my friends and family who would love trying the Hot Chicken out.
My family was blessed when we placed our order we were given Cookies and because I couldn’t eat the Hot Chicken David let me have his cookie which was yummy.
The staff inside South of the Line was so kind. I can tell you just from talking to them how passionate they are about the Food Truck and the community they work hard to feed.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
