During the middle of the day, the sky will become dark and the sun will appear almost entirely black. We will have a very rare total solar eclipse. I hope I’m able to see the total solar eclipse.
With Charlie starting 4th Grade I didn’t know if the kids would get to see the solar eclipse or not because there inside the school building. This is sad because children in public schools miss out on quite a few things.
If Charlie hadn’t been in School this morning we would have been able to visit the Perot Museum for a Solar Eclipse watching party.
Although its fine that we missed Perot Museum for a Solar Eclipse watching party because it wasn’t Gods will for us to attend and I needed to work.
If Charlie hadn’t been in school David was working so we wouldn’t have had a way to get to the Perot Museum. Unless we could have gotten Charlie grandmother to take us.
Although if the Perot Museum host Solar Eclipse watching party in the future I know we will plain on attending. Charlie will just miss school on that day. Sometimes things come along that are more important than a day of school.
When Charlie returns from school since I wasn’t sure if they were able to see the Solar Eclipse I researched online and found things we can do which will allow me to teach Charlie about the Solar Eclipse.
If they did learn about the Solar Eclipse in school Charlie can share with David and I what they learned. By doing this it allows Charlie to keep learning both in and out of school.
