I must tell you Slim Chickens is becoming a staple in our home. On Sunday’s when my sister is off we go and have lunch there with my sister and my niece and nephew.
We have been BLESSED the last two times we went as David was able to meet us once he finished work. After we all finish lunch David goes home and watches the kids while we walk.
If you didn’t know on Sunday’s kids eat free at Slim Chicken with a adult purchase. When Debbie and I go we have 3 kids and 2 adults. Charlie and I get the 7 Piece Meal.
This comes with One side and a drink which we share. I chose the Fries Charlie will eat them with me. If Charlie doesn’t want any then I get Fried Okra because I didn’t care for the Potato Salad.
I decided to try something new and I chose the Ranch Chips which were so good. David said from now one he is going to get the Ranch Chips or the Mushrooms he really likes instead of the Fries.
David doesn’t get a meal he always get the Buffalo Chicken Wrap although the next time we go I want to try a Chicken Sandwich and David wants to try the Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich.
One of these days Debbie and I would like to try one of the desserts but I decided in March that I am not going to eat any Sweets at all which is hard because its my dad’s Birthday. This is my dads first Birthday in Heaven.
