When programming, they never factor in gender – only the integrity of the songs and artists themselves. This show is another example of their unwavering support, and Savannah and I are so lucky to call ourselves Radio Disney Country artists – and now hosts, too.”
“I am so excited to be bringing ‘Let the Girls Play’ to Radio Disney Country! Empowering women, highlighting up-and-coming artists that I’m lucky enough to have played with at Song Suffragettes, and covering all things country music is something I am so passionate about, and the fact that I get to do it with my best friend makes the experience even sweeter. I still can’t believe that this is happening!” – Savannah Keyes
Kalie Shorr just wrapped headlining the 2018 “Road to the CMA Awards” Tour, visiting Walmart stores across the U.S. to promote the 52nd annual CMA Awards. Savannah Keyes was recently a contestant on the first season of USA Network’s new series “Real Country,” where she competed on panelist Jake Owen’s team. Shorr and Keyes have performed together during Nashville’s only all-female singer-songwriter round, Song Suffragettes.
