I just finished reading Second Act by Danielle Steel (Author) I found at Target’s when we were out walking. I was intrigued with the story after reading the back jacket which features a Hollywood executive. Andy seemed to have everything he wanted and then it was all taken away in the blink of an eye which can happen to anyone at anytime.
I love how Andy decided to get away from everyone he knew by visiting a Country he didn’t know. Arriving there turned his life on hits ear. Andy moves into a home that hold secrets he didn’t expect to find. Violet comes to work with him and like the house she has secrets she is hiding.
Through the book Andy is able to rebuild his life and uncover not only the houses secrets but Violets secrets. The book will keep you on edge and you will not want to put it down until you’ve reached the last page which will leaving you wishing for more. If you haven’t had the opportunity to read Second Act you must and you should share the book with everyone you know and the sooner the better.
