I would like to share Sarge’s Seafood Seasoning I received in exchange for this review.

In our home we don’t eat a lot of Seafood because even though David likes it a lot neither do Charlie and I. All we eat is Fish Sticks and once in a while a Fish Sandwich that we pick up at Whataburger or Mc Donalds. But I’ve been trying to eat healthier and I’ve been wanting Salmon Patties like my parents used to make as a child.

When we go shopping this week I plan on purchasing a small can of Salmon and asking Charlie to make Salmon Patties in his Homeschool Cooking Class for my sister and I. The question I have for you is to leave the bones in or take them out. Because I hate the bones but I know Charlie isn’t going to want to dig them out which will fall on me and to season the Salmn Patties Charlie will use Sarge’s Seafood Seasoning.

On part of the Salmon Patties I want Charlie to use Sarge’s Seafood Seasoning so I can taste it. Then I plan on letting my sister take the Seasoning home with her because her family always makes Sushi and fresh Salmon and even Catfish at times so they have plenty of opportunities to try out the Seasoning but before Debbie takes it I plan on asking my mother in law Sherrie if she makes Fish and would like to try the Seasoning out as well.

I like how the instructions remind us to use Dukes seasoning in place of Salt Pepper and other Spices because David can’t have Salt because it makes his knees swell. The Seasoning can be used in Soups and Stews as well as on Grilled or Fried Fish. The sky is the limit when you use Sarge’s Seafood Seasoning. There is a Smoky Flavor to the Seasoning so I wouldn’t use it in Tuna Fish which I love and have at least once a month.

Meet Chef Julius West

Chef Julius West’s love of food developed as a child traveling the U.S. as the son of an Air Force Sargeant.
