I would like to share a tradition we do in our home on Christmas Eve every year. We get out all of the Christmas Books we have and sit down and read them. Usually I read them to Charlie since David doesn’t read that well.
Charlie was still learning to read although now he can read some of the boos to me. I am excited because this year we have a new Author Jill Ammon with her Christmas Book Santa’s Mysterious Boot to add to our collection.
Charlie will be able to read Santa’s Mysterious Boot to David and I. Then e will take turns picking out which Christmas books I read. I always try and find at least one new Christmas book to add to our collection each year.
Before I share Santa’s Mysterious Boot I would like to let you know Jill Ammon Vanderwood aka Mrs. Claus is a new Author I hadn’t had the chance to read novels she had published before we was sent this book.
Mrs Vanderwood was kind enough to send Charlie and Santa’s Mysterious Boot I would like to invite you back in December or January we when we will be conducting a review on this novel.
When Charlie was in school I sat down and read Santa’s Mysterious Boot. I wanted to see what would happen and also see what I thought Charlie and David would think of Santa’s Mysterious Boot.
Once I finished reading Santa’s Mysterious Boot I put Santa’s Mysterious Boot up so Charlie and David would be surprised when they get the book at Christmas.
I sat down to read Santa’s Mysterious Boot. I wanted to find Santa’s Boot and I know Charlie will want to find Santa’s Boot as well. I loved how Santa taught the boys to help others which allowed them to learn to Give back.
Through Santa’s Mysterious Boot I will be able to share with Charlie ways we can raise money for needy families in our community. We can invite Charlie friends to help us.
I would like to ask you to check out Jill Ammon Vanderwood AKA Mrs. Claus website. Also take the time to check out the illustrations by: Kerah Diez.
Santa’s Mysterious Boot, Discovering the True Spirit of Christmas by Jill Ammon Vanderwood with Mrs. Claus
Santa is trying out a special boot this year to make snow in places like New Zealand where it’s summer in December.
There are buttons along the side of the boot that not only make snow. One button plays Christmas music, one spays a mist to help children have gingerbread dreams, and the other button makes the boot turbo charged to help Santa get up the chimney.
