Saint Patrick’s Day is March 17th. When I was a child, I remember us going out into the yard and pulling grass to pin on our clothes. If we didn’t have anything green to wear wouldget pinched. My sister, brother and I always thought it was fun if we could catch our parents without having anything green on.
After I grew up and had Suzzane, I was able to share this Tradition with her. Suzzie and my Nephew David never took it quite as seriously as my sister, brother and I did. But they still had fun on Saint Patrick’s Day.
Now my Nephew is grown, and Suzzane is in Heaven. My nephew has a little girl and boy. I’m not sure if David M. does anything with them on Saint Patrick’s Day. But Charlie and I do and I can’t wait to take Charlie to the Park to look for 4 Leaf Clovers. Then Charlie and I want to see if we can catch his dad without green on.
To make Homeschooling more fun, I’m going to serve Green Eggs and Ham for Breakfast. Then in school this morning we will play games and have a picnic. The days leading up to Saint Patrick’s Day we will be lessons built around Saint Patrick’s Day.
I thought you might like to have Saint Patrick Day resources to share with your friends and I found several resources Charlie and I plan on using. If you use any of these resources, let the Bloggers know you appreciate them.
This makes it easier for us if we can use items they make for us. Especially if the resources are free. Which allows us to save money and purchase supplies we need for school.

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to you and your family. If you have Saint Patrick’s Day Traditions, you do with your family, I would like to ask you to come and share them with my family. Also share with me what you are studying because I need all the help I can get with Homeschooling. I still feel so lost most of the time.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
