Rival Crock Pot, the Original and #1 Brand Slow Cooker : 3 Books

The Mommies Reviews

I would like to share a new cookbook called Rival Crock Pot, the Original and #1 Brand Slow Cooker : 3 Books my best friend Debbie Finney Sutten had purchased for her home and found out she wasn’t using the cookbook so she passed it down to Charlie and I. I like how this cookbook is actually 3 books in one which will save me money because I only needed to purchase one cookbook instead of three.

The first section in the cookbook covers Slow Cooker Favorites including Mexican and Italian Meals. Winter dishes for those cold Winter nights. Asian flavors, Casual Chili & BBQ one of my families favorite meals. American Classics which I can’t wait to dive into. Last but not least is Sweet Sips & Desserts which we all know is my downfall.

I can’t wait to try the Taco Dip. I miss the Stew my dad used to create for dinner that would last for days on end. I can’t wait to make McCormick Beef Stew for my sister and I because neither Charlie or I would eat Stew. Does your family eat Stew? Do you have a recipe you make you can share with us?

I wish Charlie would still eat Ribs because I would like to make Rio Grande Ribs with my moms Potato Salad and her Mac & Cheese. Would you like join us for dinner? I can’t wait to try the Banana Nut Bread. I wonder if I could cook in in a Folger’s Coffee can like my grandmother did. Hungry yet? Because I am.

The second section was The Original and #1 Brand Slow Cooker Recipes including Slow cooker Convenience which as a busy mom and business women I need. How about you? Holy Moly. I found a recipe for Like Grandma’s Chicken n Dumplings which I’ve been missing my grandmothers and can’t wait to make these only this recipe uses Biscuits which would save us time but I prefer Handmade Dumplings. How about you?

last not least is Slow-Cooker Recipes for All Occasions. Inside this section is a recipe for Gingerbread if only my dad was here to try this with me. Then there is a Peach Cobbler for David and Suzzie if she as here along with my sister Debbie. Philly Cheese Staks for Charlie and David. Would you like one?

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
