Our family loves Bar B Que and something Charlie will eat. We usually have Bar B Que at least once a month. David likes to go to Risky’s because they have all you can eat Ribs.
I like going to Riscky’s because there are locations all over including the Stockyards and Colleyville. Our favorite location is in the Stockyards because we like to look through the shops while there.
Charlie has even started eating meat and will order Ribs or Sausage when we come to Risky’s for dinner. Charlie eat off the Kids Menu. Charlie chose a Corny Dog and Fries.
Charlie said the Corny Dog had a great taste. They didn’t burn the Corny Dog wasn’t has happened at other Restaurants. The Corny Dog was perfectly brown and the Crust was cooked through and it wasn’t greasy.
The French Fries tasted like Homemade Fries not frozen. They had just the right amount of Seasoning on them and they weren’t salty. David and I also tried the Fries and we liked them a lot.
I chose the 3 Meat Platter where I would have enough for lunch the next day. Although this time I changed my order up and I picked out Sausage, Brisket and Ribs.
I chose Sausage and Ribs encase Charlie was still hungry. I would be able to give Charlie some of my dinner because these are meats Charlie would eat. Once my meal arrived and I tasted the Sausage I liked the flavor of the meat a lot. I will order the Sausage in the Future.
I knew Charlie would eat the Sausage later that evening if he got hungry. I set the Sausage aside to bring home with us. I would like to let you know I was right. Before we got home that evening Charlie had already eaten the Sausage and said when we go back that he would like to order this again.
I tried one of the Ribs before I packed them to go and I liked the Seasoning Risky’s used. The amount of meat on my Ribs was perfect. They were tender and juicy. I can’t wait to order them again and next time I don’t plan on sharing with anyone. There was enough Ribs for me to share and have lunch the next day.
Once I had everything packed I could eat my dinner which was Sliced Brisket. The Brisket was so tender the meat melted in my mouth. The Brisket had the perfect amount of Seasoning on the Brisket.
My favorite part of my meal was the Texas Toast which was grilled to perfection. I loved the taste of the Texas Toast. I know Texas Toast would make a perfect Sandwich.
For my side I ordered the Potato Salad which I liked it a lot. I can’t wait to order the Potato Salad in the Future for dinners we host at home. Risky’s offers meals to go and they also do Catering.
David always had Al You Can Eat Ribs and French Fries and this is what a Refill looks like after you finish your first plate of Ribs. Although, I can’t even finish the first plate David eats and eats and eats. I have no, clue where he puts all the Ribs but if I was to let David he would stay all day and still want more Ribs the next day.
