RDA 12 Dietary Supplement

RDA-12 Dietary Supplement allows us to get the 505  or more of the “RECOMMENDED DIETARY” allowance of 12 vitamins from 12 fruit and vegetables per serving. Which means we will be eating healthier and it  also means we will look and feel better. Which is nice because neither Charlie or I eat Fruit we need to take these daily. As this  would allow us to get the daily recommend dose of it vegetables we need. Starting in January when I start to work on losing weight RDA-12 Dietary Supplement will be one of the things I am take everyday. Also, I plan on making sure both David and Charlie take them RDA-12 Dietary Supplement as well.
