Charlie and I’ve been using different forms of exercise for Physical Education. When teaching PE Class there are times I can’t stop to go to the restroom.
Although I knew if I don’t stop I would have an accident. This caused me to wonder if I would have to quit teaching PE and let David teach this class, Lord, help me. LOL . Now that isn’t the case because Kroger’s carries Poise Thin Shape Pads.
If I were to let David teach Charlie PE that would defeat the purpose of me teaching Charlie. I use Charlie’s this class to help me lose weight. Which I have been struggling to lose.
Then the other day we purchased a Treadmill for me. Since using the treadmill I’ve noticed the motion gives me the urge to run to the restroom all the time.
Which is hard because there are times when I can’t stop the Treadmill fast enough to get to the bathroom. Or the restroom is to far away and I end up almost peeing on myself. This is very embarrassing to me and it makes me not want to leave the restroom as my clothes are wet and everyone can tell I had a accident.
I’m so happy to let you know I found a solution to the pee pee problem and that is using Poise Thin Shape Pads. I can use before we begin our PE class or I get on the Treadmill. I just put the pads on and go about my daily business.
No one knows I am using pads because they are so thin you can’t see them and they are so comfortable you wouldn’t know I have them on unless I told you.I will use Poise Thin Shape Pads when Charlie and I are out walking encase I have to use the restroom and we aren’t near a restroom.
As we progress with Charlie in homeschooling and venture out into the community for Field Trips and different exercise classes I know, I will not have to worry. I can just run by Kroger and pick up Poise Thin Shape Pads. I will be safe and able to wear any color clothes I wish to wear.
Which would be nice because all I wear at the moment is black and it is getting old. The reason I chose black short or pants is because if I leak the accident wouldn’t show up on the outfit I was wearing. Like it would on light colored pants or shorts. Or even my exercise outfits which are black.
With me being able to purchase Poise Thin-Shape Pads from Kroger’s I know I will always be able to find them because there is a Kroger all over Dallas, Fort Worth. I would need to just stop at any Kroger and run in and right out and in no time at all I will be back on my way home.
Thanks to Poise I can seize my “poise Moment” and live life uninterrupted again. Which for me is so nice because it has been years since I was able to do that. I would like to know how you seize your “poise Moment” and live life uninterrupted again?
