How are you today? I wanted to share with you a Necklace Charlie and I picked out from Pictures On Gold. We were able to conduct a post for Pictures On Gold for US Family Guide. Before I share my thoughts with you, I would like to let you know we received a Sports Necklace for free in exchange for this review.
As soon as I found out I was accepted I sat down to pick out a necklace I was overwhelmed and couldn’t decide on what number to pick out. Or who to get my sports necklace for. I knew Charlie had been wanting a necklace of his own I asked Charlie to come and look at the necklaces on Pictures on Gold with me.
I asked Charlie if there was a certain number he would like and he asked me how old his sister Suzzane was. As Suzzane is in Heaven and he hadn’t been able to meet her. I let Charlie know Suzzane was 16 when the Lord called her home. Charlie says he would like the number 16. I asked Charlie why he chose 16 and he said it was because he is the only child and that is where the one comes in. Just as Suzzane was when she was alive. Then he chose 6 which turned the necklace into 16 as it was how old Suzzane was when she was killed. Charlie also let me know 6 is Charlie’s favorite number.
Then we discussed what color necklace he would like, and I said I like Gold and Charlie said he does too. Then I told him Suzanne preferred Sterling Silver and to me it was more for boys than Gold is. After we discussed it he decided he would like to have Sterling Silver. Which I was happy to have him chose as I thought it would last longer than Gold and Sterling Silver would be sturdier than Gold.
Then we went over the different chains, and I liked how Pictures On Gold mentions the ages the chains are for. We chose the 14-inch Sterling Silver Box Chain as this is what Suzzane always wore. I knew the Silver Box Chain would be thicker and not break as easily as a lot of other chains would. I knew the Silver Box Chain would look nice on Charlie. I was able to let Charlie know the Silver Box Chain was also his favorite style of necklace.
I’m sure once Charlie’s necklace arrives, David will want a Sports Necklace although he might choose a different number. I have a question for you. What is the number you would choose and why? If I had to choose a number, I would pick 16 as well which is the age Suzzane was when she passed away and the day of the month Charlie was born on December 16th, 2007. likke Charlie I would have both of my children with me. Which would mean the world to me.
