Today I would like to have you meet a lady Hilit Shefer who makes eating fun for both adults and kids through Pick-A-Plate.
Hilit recently started a Facebook page that showcases her illustrated food
plates called Pick-A-Plates that she creates in order to help her son want to eat healthy.
I think it’s a creative tool that can help other parents feed their
children in a healthy and creative way.
Every few days she will post a new original plate that will put a smile on
your child’s face and hopefully want to eat.
