Phobia Relief By Kalliope Barlis

I wanted to  share my thoughts with you on a new book called Phobia Relief which  I was sent in exchange for this review.

Phobia Relief is written by Kalliope Barlis now before I begin my review I wanted to let you know I hadn’t heard of Kalliope Barlis before I read her book Phobia Relief.


Phobia Relief arrived and I opened up the package it came in I sat down to look through the book but the cover caught my eye. As it talks about From Fear to Freedom.

Before I go on I would like to let you know fear is what I have been facing lately. Much more than I had ever been before. So I wanted to sit down and read Phobia Relief to see if it would help me through some of the things I have been facing.

Once it arrived I grabbed my favorite beverage and headed outside to sit under a tree and then  I sat down and read Phobia Fear from cover to cover. Because once I started to read Phobia Fear I couldn’t stop reading the book until I had  finished the entire book.

After I finished Phobia Fear I  started working on some of the things that have been bothering me I could see Kalliope Barlis techniques working. Phobia Relief is  one book I would like to recommend to anyone who is facing fears of any kind.

Kalliope Barlis has more than 20 years’ experience in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, having trained under NLP founder Richard Bandler, who wrote the foreword for Phobia Relief. Barlis is a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programmer who operates an NLP training school in New York City where she maintains a private practice. She is currently the host of the podcast KalliopeKast
