I am conducting a review for PB Crave, before I begin to share my thoughts with you on PB Crave I would like to let you know I was sent 4 jars but that the opinions in the review are all mine and my families. Now, I have a question for you. Are tired of the same old same old Peanut Butter? Then try out PB Crave Choco Choc, CoCo Bananas, Razzle Dazzle, Cookie Nookie.
For the longest time, Charlie wouldn’t try new foods, and Peanut Butter was one of the foods Charlie refused to taste. But that has changed and Charlie would live on Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly if we allowed Charlie to. Now that isn’t a bad thing because Peanut Butter is full of protein.
Although I am sure the Jelly may not be the best food for Charlie’s teeth but when Jelly is all a child will eat then this is what you give them. You don’t want them to starve, and as a mom, you have to pick your battles. I learned this when Suzzane was still alive and if Charlie decides he would like to live on Peanut Butter and Jelly so be it.
I just find new things and new flavors for Charlie to try out and “PRAY” Charlie will like the flavors and eat the new products. Like Nutella, I ended up getting Charlie. Once I was able to get Charlie to try Nutella. Charlie let me know he loves Nutella as much as the Peanut Butter and Jelly Charlie loves.
Sometimes I just slide Nutella into Charlies lunch and wait for Charlie to come home and see if Charlie says he ate the Sandwiches with Nutella and so far so good. Now one day that might change, but until then I just let Charlie eat these sandwiches until he is blue in the face.
The day PB Crave arrived I let Charlie open the box, and I watched his face to see his reaction, which was so cute. You could see Charlie was “shocked” to see all the different flavors PB Crave made. Once it was time to make Charlies lunch for school, I went and got out PB and J for Charlie.
Although Charlie surprised me when he said no I want to try the new Peanut Butter you got mom. Is that “okay/” I couldn’t tell Charlie fast enough that taking PB Crave for his lunch was awesome. Or that I was so proud of Charlie for wanting to try different brands of Peanut Butter which was getting Charlie out of his comfort zone.
I was busy so David prepared lunch for Charlie out of PB Crave Choco Choc. When I watched David, I even saw him trying PB Crave Choco Choc out. I asked what David thought of PB Crave Choco Choc, and David says PB Crave Choco Choc was good. I wondered what PB Crave Choco Choc reminded David of. David told me Smores. Then I asked Charlie once he returned from school and Charlie said PB Crave Choco Choc was the flavor that he and David loved and wanted to know if we would be able to buy PB Crave Choco Choc in the future.
With Charlie asking me that I knew Charlie liked PB Crave Choco Choc a lot. Yeah, finally something new Charlie would eat. I was over the “Moon.” I also tasted PB Crave Choco Choc and loved the flavor and think PB Crave Choco Choc would be nice to serve at some of the meetings I host.
PB Crave Choco Choc: A delicious double dose of semi-sweet and rich dark chocolate with premium peanut butter and wild honey — it’s decadence and delight in every bite.
From the natural peanuts raised right here to the delectable premium dark chocolate direct from Belgium, PB Crave Choco Choc brings the best of both worlds together in a mouth-watering mix of flavor goodness. We’ve even added a touch of honey to enhance the chocolate taste, making it twice as tasty.
Charlie wanted to try this one once my sister came over so when she arrived they each made them a sandwich and once they tried it I could just tell by the expression on there faces that they were in “LOVE.” Now I know something I can get for my sister to keep in her desk at work for a fast snack and not have to worry about her not eating.
Both Debbie and Charlie they thought it would make a mean cookie. When Charlie was headed outside he asked if he would be able to take over to his friend Damion’s to try and I said yes. Damion, his grandmother, and brother Trey tasted this flavor, and they loved it as well. Since they can’t afford items like PB Crave, I am thinking of getting them one of each jar for Christmas.
Cookie Nookie: A mouth-watering mix of chocolate chips, cookie dough flavor, wild honey and premium peanut butter — it’s two classics together as one.
Don’t let the name fool you; this tasty treat is for kids of all ages. We start with farm-fresh peanuts, blend in natural cookie flavoring and add chunks of real milk chocolate. With a dash of MEL-O honey, Cookie Nookie will knock the socks off every peanut butter lover.
CoCo Bananas, I knew would be a flavor David would like. But I wasn’t sure Charlie would although Charlie surprised me when Charlie said he liked CoCo Bananas. David says CoCo Bananas reminded him of Elvis and his Peanut Butter Sandwich he used to eat.
I am not a Banana person, so I didn’t try CoCo Bananas out. I let my sister, and she loved CoCo Bananas and tried to take CoCo Bananas with her when she went home, but David and Charlie wouldn’t make let her. I am going to have to order Debbie all four PB Craves for her house so when Charlie is over spending time with her they have something to eat. I am sure, they will enjoy having a snack after playing at the park.
CoCo Bananas: A tropical blend of yummy bananas, cocoa and wild honey, this peanut butter adds a taste of island paradise to any kitchen.
You’ll get excited about this unique flavor creation. We use only the most excellent peanuts raised at family farms and add a mix of natural banana flavor, real chunks of semi-sweet chocolate and MEL-O honey for an authentic taste evolution.
The last PB Crave my family and I tried out was the Razzle Dazzle, since my father n law loves both Raspberries and Blueberries, I knew he would like Razzle Dazzle and once he tried it out, he didn’t want to give Razzle Dazzle back to Charlie. Charlie was okay with this because he loves his grandfather and would give him the moon if he could.
I asked Charlie what he thought of Razzle Dazzle, and Charlie says Razzle Dazzle would make a perfect Peanut Butter sandwich and Razzle Dazzle tasted just as good as the grape jelly Charlie likes. David tried Razzle Dazzle out as well, and he let me know Razzle Dazzle would be great on hot biscuits. My sister says Razzle Dazzle would be good just to eat right out of the jar.
All in all 4 flavors were a hit, and you will find PB Crave in this years Christmas Gift Guide which will make terrific Stocking Stuffers and also gifts to place under the tree. PB Crave makes a wonderful treat to keep on hand for the kids in your home for snacks. Or for guests who drop in as you can make new and unusual items with PB Crave.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie, and David Cates
