As a mom we like to think we know everything about our children and what make them tick but sometimes we need to stand back and pick our battels. This is what happened with Charlie and his Birthday and Christmas which is around the corner. Yesterday I asked Charlie to come downstairs because I wanted to give him and David something.
I handed Charlie his package from PatPat and then handed David his. Charlie sat down and opened the bag and found Christmas Family Matching Santas Gnome Print Pajamas Set inside. I thought I would have to fight to get Charlie to even try them on. But I didn’t. Charlie went right back upstairs and put the pajamas on and came downstairs and let me know he might be wearing them for the next two weeks.
Charlie went back upstairs and I let him know we needed to go to his grandmothers to do her yard. Low and behold Charlie wore his pajama paints but not the shirt because he didn’t want to mess it up because its white. Once we finished the yard and started to come home I let Charlie know I had to go to Walmart.
Charlie surprised me when he said mom I could go with you and wear my pajama pants but I need to go home because my friends are streaming which showed me how much he liked his pajamas. Later that morning Charlie let me know they were so soft and would be comfortable to sleep in. The only thing Charlie wished they had was pockets and so do David and I.
Charlie is so tiny but tall that I ordered him a medium men’s set and the next time I order I will get a large so there long enough but for once the waist of these fit Charlie perfectly and they didn’t slide down. Charlie loved the red and black plaids and let me know his friends would too. Charlie also loved the Gnome on the front and even asked me to show him the website so he could pick out another pair of pajamas and I can’t wait to see what he chooses.
Later that night David went and put his pajamas on which was a men’s 1X and these fit David to a tee. David said they are so comfortable and he wouldn’t mind wearing them to the mailbox and back. David said he likes how the bottom of the pajamas have a red band that will look cute with a pair of red or black houseshoes.
David took a picture of his pajamas and sent them to his mom Sherry and she let David know she would like to have her own set and wouldn’t mind getting them for her grandchildren as well. I can see Sherry wearing her pajamas to the grocery store and out to dinner when her and dad go out to eat.
I put my pajamas on which is 2X and I love how well they fit. The sleeves to the shirt isn’t to long. The sleeves are black which is my favorite color. I love the picture of the Santas Gnome on the front of the shirt which matches all of our Christmas decorations except this year were going with Snowmen which gives me the opportunity to order a second set of family pajamas.
The pains when I put them on fit like a pair of gloves and at first I thought they were going to be to tight but they wasn’t. I love how soft they are. With these pajamas I don’t have to worry about them dragging the ground because of the band at the end of the pants made or elastic. I even love the plaid pattern of red and black which is very popular during Christmas.
