I would like to share a new children’s book with yoOne Sun and Countless Stars: A Muslim Book of Numbers (A Muslim Book Of Concepts): Khan, Hena, Amini, Mehrdokht: 9781452182728: Amazon.com: Books written by Hena Khan. I received a copy of the book in exchange for this review.
Homeschooling Charlie allows us to research and study different Religions and with neither of us knowing anything about Muslim’s it was fun to dive into One Sun and Countless Stars: A Muslim Book of Numbers . As we read the story we became engrossed in each number and what it stood for.
We learned new words we hadn’t heard of before and was able to learn what they meant through the dictionary in the back of the book. Charlie and I even looked up the foods to prepare in our Homeschool Cooking Class. Would you like to join us for a snack?
One Sun and Countless Stars: A Muslim Book of Numbers is perfect not only for children of all ages but adults wanting to learn more about Muslims and the traditions teach others about their Religion. I believe this book should be in every school library.
