Olde Westport Spice and Trading Company

Review

It has been a while since I have done the cooking as David always does all the food for our family. David has moved to a day shift now, and Charlie and I are home all days. I will be doing the cooking with Charlie’s help, so I have been teaching Charlie the importance of seasoning your foods when cooking.

The other day we created a Chicken Dish and used the Garlic Seasoning from Olde Westport Spice and Trading Company. The dish was so tasty that both Charlie and David can’t wait to make it again. We plan on creating this dish in the future.Once we do Charlie, and I plan on taking some of the Chicken Dish to my mother n law as I know she will enjoy this seasoning a lot.

I also have a Mesquite Seasoning from Olde Westport Seasonings which I will be using it when we grill out on the grill. So we can season the steak we will be preparing. I want David to cook the steak for me as he knows just how I like it.Once he is ready, I would like to add some vegetables on the grill sprinkling them with the Mesquite Seasoning as I know they will taste so good. I just can’t let Leslie know her dad is making steaks or she would want one as well.

When Winter sets in, and it gets colder here, I will be preparing Chili for our family because Chili is my favorite dish to eat on a cold day.  I am excited as I have a package of Chili seasoning from Old Westport and I can’t wait to it out. I could eat CHILI every day of the week and never get tired of it. There are so many different ways to fix it or add it to that you have a different meal each day of the week which I like.

The next product I received was there Enchilada seasoning from Old Westport which I plan on using when we have our Supper at Church as it will be different from all the other dishes everyone brings. I know my sister loves Enchilada and will love being able to try out this new dish. If they are as good as I think they will be I will have to make  Beef Enchilada for me, Chicken and Sour Cream for David and Cheese for my sister and Charlie.

Olde Westport Spice and Trading Company sent my family a package of Chili Verde which I plan on giving it to my mother in law as she loves Chili Verde and isn’t something I can eat as it bothers my tummy. I have a new and unique Gift for Shery for her Birthday and Charlie, and I may even make Chili Verde for her as I know she would love it even more if Charlie makes it.
