October movies, cartoons and concerts at the Palace Theatre

The Mommies Reviews

I’ve been wanting to spend more time with Charlie one on one and earlier this morning I received the Press Release from The Palace Arts Center in Grapevine, Texas I looked through there movie list and found out they will be playing Beetlejuic on Friday October 8th.

David works that evening so I plan on asking my mother in law if she would drop Charlie and I off in Grapevine around 6 and we can have dinner at Esparzas Charlie’s favorite Mexican Resturant then go see the movie. By the time the film is over David would be off and could pick Charlie and I up. Unless you want to come with us.

Now that David isn’t going to work until 1 I can’t wait to let David and Charlie know we can visit the Palace Theater on Tuesdays for Cartoons & Crafts which can be our Homeschool Art Class or Drama Class. If your not busy again your welcome to come with us.

I know Charlie and David will be so surprised when I wake them up in the morning and tell then I need to run to Grapevine and I don’t plan on telling them why because I want to surprise them because Charlie and David love Scooby-Doo while I like Charlie Brown. I wish my niece Lily and Jason was out of school because I would like to bring them with us.

Later in the month for our Homeschool Music Class I was thinking about taking Charlie to hear The Spooky Rock ‘n Roll Show as a treat for Halloween. Because David is working Halloween evening and Charlie wasn’t wanting to go Trick or Treating but we still need to celebrate Halloween.

On the Eve of Halloween, join SOUND BACHS as they play some of the best scary and spooky classic rock songs. The music will be mostly songs performed by popular bands such as The DoorsThe WhoThe Rolling Stones and Ozzy Osborn.

SOUND BACHS is comprised of local professional musicians from various bands throughout the DFW Metroplex that came together in 2019.
SOUND BACHS will be performing deeper cuts from the artist albums, making this an even more unique event. Affects such as costumes, fog, cathedral organ keyboards, thundering sounds and more will add to the occasion. Come out and enjoy an evening of frightful music and sounds from bands you grew up with.
