November is Gluten-Free Diet Awareness Month which will allow me to spoil my sister by taking her out to dinner at Godfather’s Pizza Inc. Debbie follows a Gluten Free Diet. I believe Charlie should as well.

OMAHA, NEBRASKA—During Gluten-Free Diet Awareness Month in November, Godfather’s Pizza Inc., A Pizza You Can’t Refuse®, is pleased to offer their Gluten-Free pizza in select Traditional and Express store locations nationwide.

Like the rest of our legendary pies, we pile ‘em high with our signature sauce and 100 percent real mozzarella cheese. The only difference is the rice crust.

“Our Gluten-Free pizza successfully maintains the incredible Godfather’s Pizza taste and quality we are known for, and we are eager to expand this product to our fans who want a gluten-free pizza,” said Kathy Johnson, senior vice president of franchise services at Godfather’s Pizza Inc.

Customers have the option to purchase the pizza baked in the store or to bake at home. Crew members are trained to use dedicated utensils and cutting board to handle the pizza for baking. Gluten-free pizzas are cut in the box or on the serving tray with parchment paper as a barrier.

 Every gluten-free order is designated with a gluten-free caution sticker that is placed on each order ticket before prepping each gluten-free pizza. Customers can order either Godfather’s Pizza Gluten-Free Cheese or Pepperoni pizza. Check your Godfather’s Pizza location for availability. Full nutritional information available at Godfathers.
