My husband is so “FUNNY”, and at times he is worse than a child!! You see this weekend I went to Birdville High School Craft Fair to look around. Hillel we was there Charlie picked up business cards for me. Once we got into the house and after having lunch I went through the business cards and came across one from “Gotta Love Enchiladas” . “Gotta Love Enchiladas” makes Tamales. So after finding this out I thought I had died and gone to Heaven.
I emailed “Gotta Love Enchiladas” last night and was “Blessed” this morning when they called me back and said they would like to come out to the American Legion Benefit Craft Fair. I was on top of the world. As was David as he loves Tamales even more than I do. Although, once again God had other plans for us and I received a call this evening that they will not be able to join us at this show due to other obligations. Since the phone call David has been like a small child sulking and fussing.
Finally I gave in and purchased a dozen Tamales for David for dinner tomorrow night and I am beyond “Blessed” as “Gotta Love Enchiladas” are going to deliver them to us. So if you would like to try there Tamales you better speak up pretty quickly as I am sure they will sell out pretty fast as everyone I have spoken to says they are delicious and like no, one else you have ever had. Which means I would like to invite you to check out “Gotta Love Enchiladas” website and take a look at all the wonderful items they carry. As I know I would like to check out the rice they make and some of the Breakfast Burritos as well.
If your looking for a Cater for the upcoming Holidays I hope you will take the time to consider Gotta Love Enchiladas. Because if I knew we were having company I would use them instead of cooking. Because who needs Turkey when you can have Tamales and Mexican Rice? No, not me!!! LOL
I would like to share a bit about “Gotta Lotta Enchilada’s” with you that I found on there site because I knew I had to share the part about “BREAST CANCER” as I lost one of my Aunts to it and my mother also passed away due to Cancer. So Please take the time and donate if you can.
Gotta Lotta Enchiladas, Etc
Mary was raised in Kleberg, Texas where her mother, Carmen, began Bernal’s Mexican Restaurant and trained Mary in the fine art of cooking authentic mexican food. Tamales were made on Christmas Eve and enchiladas were served during special occasions such as weddings, baptisms and birthdays.
Mary enjoys serving large groups of people and hopes that everyone will order from her catering business. Her goal is to make the prices reasonable so that you can include Gotta Lotta Enchiladas, for your next event.
