If you haven’t had the opportunity to try Mrs. Renfro’s Salsa you should because the Salsa makes our meals so much tastier. Along with the other mixes they carry.
Before I share my thoughts with you I would like to let you know Mrs. Renfro’s Salsa allowed me to choose 4 products to try. In return for the review, I would like to remind you the thoughts in this review are all mine and mine alone.
I would like to share with you my thoughts on the 4 Salsa’s I chose. The first one I picked out was Tequila Salsa which I picked out because I love Tequila and anything to do with this Liquor.
I would like to let you know I can’t eat Salsa a lot of the time because of the ingredients inside are to hot and they end up bothering my stomach. Especially if they have Jalapeno’s in the Salsa.
Even though you would think I picked Tequila Salsa out for myself but I didn’t. I picked Tequila Salsa out for David because David loves Salsa of all kinds.
I thought about giving David Tequila Salsa for Christmas but instead I let David open this on Christmas Eve so we could put Tequila Salsa out for dinner because we would be having Snacks that night.
I wanted to see what David would think of Tequila Salsa and David said the Salsa wasn’t hot which he was happy to find out. Because there are times when foods which are spicy bothers David as well.
Even though David likes foods that are hot and can eat Jalapeno Peppers by the barrel. After David tried the Tequila Salsa asked David if he would like to purchase this again and David said he would.
David let me know he liked finding out the Salsa was chunky because this will stay on the chips better than what we usually purchase. David also let me know that he thinks my sister and his mom would like Tequila Salsa a lot.
Classic Barbecue Sauce
I had forgotten that we had Classic Barbecue Sauce the other night when we cooked Ribs or I would have used this on the Ribs. Now I’m not sure what we will use the Classic Barbecue Sauce on.
But knowing how much David likes Barbecue Chicken I may make Barbecue Chicken and use the Classic Barbecue Sauce and surprise David with diner.
I made the Bar B Que Chicken I asked Charlie if he would like to try the Barbecue Chicken and Charlie did and he said he liked the Classic Barbecue Sauce and he wouldn’t mind eating it on Ribs or Sausage.
The next jar I picked out was their Nacho Cheese Sauce because Charlie loves Nacho’s. Or at least his dad’s famous homemade Nacho’s as he calls the Nacho’s David makes us for dinner.
I knew the Nacho Cheese Sauce would be a hit as long as the Cheese Sauce wasn’t to spicy. Once the Nacho Cheese Sauce arrived, we used it to make Ground Beef Nacho’s with Re-fried Beans and we used Tostitos Chips that look like Bowls with.
Charlie ate so much of the Nachos there wasn’t many left for David and I. Which was okay with use because this told us Charlie liked the Nacho Cheese Sauce and would eat this again.
When you’re on Mrs. Renfro’s website make sure and check out the recipes they have on the site. There were several recipes I would like to make for my family.
Including a Taco Pie I found which would be nice to make for parties we host along with the Girls Night Out I plan on putting together this week.
The last item I chose was the Mild Chow Chow. I picked out for David. Once David saw this container and David let me know he couldn’t wait to try this out and to share with his mother.
With my mother not being here I wanted to get the Mild Chow Chow in memory of her. As soon as David opened the box up on Christmas Eve David went and grabbed a spoon and had to taste Mild Chow Chow.
Once David tasted this David was hooked and asked me how soon we could purchase more Mild Chow Chow along with the other products we had tried.
I would like to share something funny with you about Mrs. Renfro’s are made in Fort Worth, Texas which is where I have lived for over 50 years. Although I do not remember ever seeing anyplace.
This should tell you to never be surprised at what you might find online and where it might be produced at. Like Mrs. Renfro’s it might be right in your back yard.
